1.  As every item is specially made including an image specified and provided by you, you have no right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. 1. Rubbing the image between thumb and forefingers, a common comforting behaviour, will have an abrasive affect on the engraving; eventually eroding the image until it all but disappears.
