Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse our Catalog, and click
on any items that you wish to buy and put them
into the shopping cart. After you have finished
your selection you will be asked for a few details
that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Switch, Delta, Solo
and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item
until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are
not charged until they are shipped. You may send
your credit card information via phone, fax, post
or over the Internet.
We deliver your order as quickly
as possible. We use Royal Mail and send all parcels
1st class signed for within the UK. If we receive
your order before 2pm we will try to give your
order sameday dispatch to insure next day delivery.
Orders for Europe use the countries
postal system and usually take 3 to 5 working
days. For orders through out the world we send
everything by airmail to ensure a quick delivery.
If your item is not in stock, we
will back order for you. You will always be emailed
with the option to cancel your order if you would
rather not wait.
This does not affect your statutory rights as
a consumer.
All of our prices include VAT at
17.5%. Orders that are received from outside the
European Union are exempt from this tax and will
be discounted by this amount.
We know of no documented cases of
credit card fraud using our shopping system over
the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted
in the software when the order is placed using
128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after
they reach our computer. They are not held in
clear text on any web site.

to Photo Memnto making sure that all required
items are clearly listed.

All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble
guarantee.
You have seven days cancellation period after
you have received the goods providing that they
are in a re-salable condition, you will have to
pay the postage and any re-stocking charge upto
a maximum of 20% of the products. We will endeavour
to keep a re-stocking charge to a minimum and
will be at cost only.
We will endeavour to respond to
all complaints within 3 working days.
